Financial Summary Report Examples

This section includes examples of standard financial summary reports. Financial Summary reports show data based on accounts and account details.

Income Statement Report

The Income Statement report is a standard income statement with PTD and YTD account totals. You can drill down to a summary report for a specific G/L account. From the summary report, you can click Detail to review the detail lines for the G/L account. From the Account Detail screen, you can drill down to a specific charge.

Cash Flow

The Cash Flow report is a standard cash flow statement. You can drill down to a summary report for a specific G/L account. From the summary report, you can click Detail to review the detail lines for the G/L account.

Balance Sheet

The Balance Sheet report shows the current balance as of the selected period. You can drill down to a general ledger report to review details for a specific G/L account and from the general ledger report drill to the related transaction screens.

Budget Comparison

The Budget Comparison report compares PTD and YTD actual amounts to budgeted amounts. You can drill down to an account summary by clicking an actual amount.

Trial Balance

The Trial Balance report shows the debit and credit transaction totals for your balance sheet accounts. You can drill down to a general ledger report to review details for a specific G/L account and from the general ledger report drill to the related transaction screens.

12 Month Actual/Budget

The 12 Month Actual/Budget report shows the income, expenses, and net income for 12 months. You give the range of actual months you want to report and it reports budgeted amounts for the remaining months. For example, you can select actuals for January to September, and it will report budget amounts from October to December. You can drill down to an account summary report by clicking actual amounts.

Quarterly Statement

The Quarterly Statement report shows up to four quarters of income. You can drill down to an account summary report by clicking an amount.

Annual Statement

The Annual Statement compares annual cash flow for two or more years. You can drill down to an account summary report by clicking an amount.

The Property Comparison report compares cash flow of selected properties. You can drill down to an account summary report by clicking an amount

Attribute Comparison

The Attribute Comparison report compares income or cash flow of selected property attributes and sub types. For example, you can compare the property type Office and the sub types Class A Office and Class B Office. You can drill down to an account summary report by clicking an amount.

The Segment Comparison report compares account values across multiple segments. You can click on an amount to drill down to an account summary. From the account summary report, click an amount to drill down to account details.
